Bangladesh has been trending upwards since May 1, as they loosen their restrictive movement policies. Their average daily cases have more than doubled from 659 (May 1-7) to 1806 (May 24-30).

Due to their high case level and current growth, Bangladesh joined the yellow status countries on May 19. At its more recent growth, it will likely attain Orange status within the next few days. Increased infections is a sizable concern for this nation of almost 165 million people.
